Kate Earl

Kate Earl grew up in the Chicago-land area, and is currently based in Kansas City MO.

       She graduated from the Kansas City Art Institute with a Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts and Art History in 2014, along with her Post-Baccalaureate Certificate Art Education in K-12 in 2015. As well as a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis of English as a Second Language from Kansas State University in 2020.


       She enjoys working with many different mediums such as photography, painting, drawing, graphic design, book making, film making, ceramics and quilting. Her artwork applies different photographic processes to enhance the concept of her subject.  Her work provokes questioning and discussions about human interactions involving surroundings. As well as conveying a deeper thought to the idea of how everyone is connected even beyond Earth. Whether it is pushing the idea of identity or death she ultimately questioning what it means to exist. 

She is currently teaching full time as an art teacher in a local district of Kansas City, Kansas. As well as teaching as an adjunct instructor at the Missouri Western State University.
